Who we are
Portrait Club is a sole-trader business based in the United Kingdom. We create portrait artwork of pets, sold as digital files and physical prints.
What data we collect
- Email address (at checkout)
- Pet photos you upload, used to create your portrait
- Order and payment information, processed by Stripe
- Delivery address, processed by Prodigi
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to fulfil your portrait order: creating the artwork, processing payment, and shipping physical products. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Photo storage and deletion
Uploaded pet photos are stored for 30 days to enable reorders, then automatically deleted. Photos linked to purchased orders are retained for the duration of the fulfilment period only.
