Terms of service

Portrait Club creates portrait artwork from pet photos you provide. Portraits are available as digital downloads and physical prints (canvas, poster, mug, tote bag).

All prices are in GBP and include 20% UK VAT. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

As personalised goods created to your specification, portrait products are exempt from the standard 14-day return right under UK consumer regulations (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(1)(b)). See our full refund policy for the circumstances in which refunds are issued.

Physical products are fulfilled by Prodigi and typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days to UK addresses. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

If your order arrives defective or damaged in transit, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

You agree not to upload images that are obscene, offensive, or infringe third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse service and refund your payment if uploaded content violates these terms.

You retain ownership of your original photos. The portrait artwork is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Portrait Club retains rights to use anonymised, non-identifiable examples for marketing.

Portrait Club is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, except where prohibited by law.
